Chestnuthill Township Zoning Hearing Board

The Zoning Hearing Board is responsible for: An appeal of a decision by the Zoning Officer; A challenge to the Validity of the Ordinance or Map; A variance; A Special Exception; and other matters as set forth in the State Municipal Planning Code. The Zoning Hearing Board meets as needed, as scheduled on a Monday Evening at 7:00 p.m.​
